Commission for my friend

I've worked with her characters before, and I must say I love the vibe they got, crimelife stylish noir-esque. For this image I wanted to play with implied lines in composition, and practice urban setting, which I've not done since forever.

Interesting phenomena, heh.
and thanks, man.
It is an interesting phenomena now that you mention it. It's certainly noted now upon second glance.
Moral of the story: if I were a dude, I would look like Trent, meaning goth chicks would throw themselves at me and I'd get a lot of pus- you get the idea.
I think it happens, because when you're not using refs, your visual library goes to what it knows best: your own face.
